Also, while I can't speak to what their contract will eventually be, I can say from prior experience with (non-healthcare) unions that had seniority clauses in their contracts that granted things like time off, promotions, etc. Of course, the case could be made that this could be seen as anti-union activity, but you're looking at potentially years of litigation to prove that. It's possible that if this happens, Ascension could well hold the union employees of that facility to their negotiated contract while offering different, perhaps better, benefits at their other facilities or to the non-union employees. Also, ASMCA is just one of several Ascension Seton hospitals in the Austin area, and the union vote only applies to this one location. It's true Texas is both at-will and right-to-work, but you're forgetting that right-to-work means that even if the union is voted in, nobody can be forced to join it as a condition of employment.
